'Hi ho hi ho, it's back to MC&L I go!' 


Here I am again gang and it's great to be able to say I am sat on the decking at home, with a nice fresh glass of water after just having mince, vegetables & quinoa for evening dinner. I am loving the weather we are having and it really does feel like summer. Waking up & having fresh Mission Clean & Lean style smoothies  for breakfast is such a great feeling and has set me up for the day!

These past two weeks have been full of socializing with no time for any rest. I had another boozey night but thanks to MC&L it's always a cheap night out as I only needed a pitcher of a cocktail and I was rather tipsy to say the least. After chewing Lee's ear off on the way home it was safe to say I won't be having another drink for a few weeks I'm sure of that!

So after an extremely busy week at work last week, teaching classes, training & dancing among many other things I was ready to relax with my family, friends & Lee. We headed over to York on a beautifully sunny Saturday where we played lots of volleyball, netball and football. I did win the 3K fun run on the Sunday morning, although it's only a small thing I had entered it 4 years ago I was a long way off winning it, so naturally I was over the moon to win it. So after burgers, sausage, sweets and an orange lucozade (which I was craving) on Saturday evening plus pizza on Sunday evening, it was Monday & it was time to get back into training and healthy eating. After consuming so much sugar & fat my body is craving the fresh meat, fish and vegetables that it needs, along with keeping myself hydrated in this heat with at least 3/4 litres of water a day. I love that I can enjoy cheats but I have the strength, knowledge and will power to get back on board the clean train!

Well the next few weeks of MC&L's diary for new detox's look like this...
